vv-tec GmbH is a private organization, founded in Germany in 2006 to create the prerequisite for a new foundational energy technology called  vv-tec. This technological innovation provides a highly efficient thermal power machine, a "Wärmekraftmaschine", which is protected by several patent claims in the US, Europe and Asia. |

| vv-tec understands that the world needs more energy, not less. We need to produce this energy in a more cost effective manner and also use less fossil fuel. |

| This was necessary because the Manufacturers of thermal power machines that produce approximately 80% of the power in the world today, are at the end of their development cycle. According to projections, the manufacturers will take another 30 years and an immense investment to significantly increase the efficiency of their thermal power machines. |

| vv-tec’s goal was to challenge the status quo and to document that highly efficient, scalable and cost effective thermal power machines are the only short term solution to an energy of the future. |

| Since on average more than two-thirds of the energy produced with today’s state of the art engines is lost through heat loss, it is essential to have a new machine that at least doubles efficiency, halving fossil fuel input and emissions. |

| These machines are needed immediately to reverse the effects of man-made climate change. For centuries, mankind has been producing energy using machines operating at low efficiency rates, in effect wasting two-thirds of the energy produced with fossil fuels and greatly increasing greenhouse gasses. It was also the goal of vv-tec to create a foundational technology, the 6th major innovation of its kind in the last 200 years, to solve the problem of man-made climate change. |

| The highest priority of the design was to create an extremely affordable technology that makes it possible to create a cheap and clean energy, even using fossil fuels. In addition, vv-tec understands that a solution is needed now, not 20 years from now. |

| Only by designing such a machine, that is able to be produced immediately, can mankind hope to meet the goals of the G-8 (set in July 2008), to reduce emissions by half by 2020 and to produce energy without emissions by 2040. |

| We are searching for visionaries, engineers, economists, constructors and so on, to make this evolutionary vision their own. We are calling on transformational leaders to work with us to realize this technological revolution to meet the G-8’s targets preferably before 2050. |
